Job Description

  • Three main activities involved: Sales Account Receiveable, Cash Management and Treasury
  • Focusing on timely sales receivables reconciliation, stakeholder engagement, and implementing business solutions for financial risk mitigation.
  • Oversight of quality assurance and maintenance of robust internal controls, including compliance monitoring with accounting standards and company procedures
  • Monitoring and enhancing the performance and efficiency of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function through regular key performance indicator (KPI) reviews.
  • Proactive management involving frequent reviews, initiating necessary process changes, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and overall improvements.
  • Project and finance initiative management, ensuring successful implementation within defined timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborate with different team to contribute to strategic planning and business strategy.
  • Act as the main focal point for transitioning OTC processes into GBSM and managing transformation programs, including planning, training, knowledge transfer, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation preparation, and issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with additional qualifications as a qualified accountant being advantageous.
  • Candidates are expected to have over five years of work experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant exposure in an MNC or audit firm, and over two years in a people or team management role.
  • Familiarity with SAP system will be beneficial.
  • The ability to handle and prioritize important and urgent situations and work effectively under pressure is necessary.
  • The candidate should be well-versed in IT skills and demonstrate an automation mindset.
