Michael Page are currently partnering with a Shared Service Centre based in Petaling Jaya to recruit a OTC and PTP Tower Lead to join their team! This role will offer the opportunity to progress to being a head of Centre, and offer the opportunity to work on process improvement projects across the entire team.

Our client is a well-established multi-region company focused on strengthening its finance operations through a growing Shared Service Centre. Job Description

The key job duties will include;



  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance shared services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across core processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay


  • Act as the main liaison for internal clients and senior leadership, representing the shared services function


  • Lead efforts to streamline workflows by implementing process improvements and adopting relevant automation and digital tools.


  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements, maintaining a robust control environment.


  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent through coaching, mentoring, and structured feedback, fostering team growth and cohesion.


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging ERP platforms and new technologies to optimize efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience managing end-to-end finance processes including O2C, P2P, and R2R, preferably in multi-entity or Shared Services environments. They will have a genuine passion for coaching and people development, with atleast 5 years of management experience managing a team of 5.
