Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end support for Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handling cash application, collection, and account receivable dispute.
  • Analyze and resolve client queries related to financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial activities.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and reporting to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting and finance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Assist in training and guiding team members on OTC processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OTC Consultant (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a MUST, including read, written and spoken.
  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
