Job Description

  • Process and input sales and service orders into SAP, adhering to established business logic, workflows, and prioritized schedules, while aligning with local guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all order processing activities.
  • Follow instructions and guidance provided by the team leader.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Review and complete documentation according to defined procedures.
  • Plan and organize tasks to meet set deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to enhance task efficiency.
  • Work towards achieving KPIs and personal development goals.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin at a professional working level (Mandarin preferred).
  • Possesses basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work during unconventional hours and on public holidays.
