Job Description

Main Responsibility

  • Prepare payment analysis for incoming payments that reflected in the bank statement and allocate payment according to the remittance advice from the customer within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work closely with Entities Finance, Sales team and other group entities personnel to ensure all outstanding or overdue invoices are taken into action promptly
  • Prepare AR Statement of Account and Balance Confirmation on monthly basis
  • Prepare AR Aging Analysis for Entity Finance and Sales Team to ensure prompt payment
  • Calculate bad debt reserves in accordance with the company accounting policies
  • Takes part in continuous process improvements to improve the current Accounts Receivable processes
  • Assist in Support on future Finance task migration to SSC
  • Involve in process improvement

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Higher/Graduate, Degree or Professional Qualification of any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in OTC
  • Working experience in SSC environment
  • Operating knowledge of ERP systems. Familiar with Oracle is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command in English, written & verbal
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin Language is an added advantage
  • Willing to travel overseas if required
