Job Description
- Lead TE team to develop test plan or test scope for optical products
- Lead TE team for optical product test development (HW and SW)
- Test resources plan and bone-pile management
- TMP (Test Maintenance Management Plan), equipment calibration, and spare part management
- Instruct/Supervise optical test engineering to perform Function test, ESS test,
- System test and OPM test
- Instruct/Supervise optical test engineering to generate test process instructions
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering fields
- Min. 10 Years of experience in Test Engineering
- Experience of test development using optical pluggable (SFP/SFP+/SFP28, QSFP/QSFP+/QSFP28/QSFP-DD, CFP/CFP2/CFP4, OSFP)
- Experience managing test development or test engineering activities
- Experience in ATE (automatic test engineering)
- Experience of automated control for active alignment equipment
- Test/debug resources plan and bone-pile management
- Experience in optical tester setup and validation
Preferred Knowledge:
- Knowledge in modulation schemes (BPSK, QPSK, DQPSK, QAM, PM4…)
- Knowledge of coherent optical telecom products
- Knowledge of optical engines
- Experience in using optical test and measurement instruments like Optical
- Spectrum Analyzer, IL/RL meter, OTDR, DCM, BERT, Optical Switch, VOA etc
