Job Description

  • Develop and implement dealer network expansion and improvement strategies in line with company goals.
  • Identify and assess potential markets for new dealership opportunities.
  • Lead the selection, appointment, and onboarding process for new dealers.
  • Evaluate and monitor dealership performance, providing support and solutions for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales, finance) to ensure cohesive dealer support.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance dealer capabilities and compliance with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular network audits to ensure adherence to operational and facility guidelines.
  • Analyze market and competitive data to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in dealer development, network planning, or automotive retail management.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and DMS systems.
