Job Description

Productionalise analytical pipeline and data science pipeline.

Own and monitor objective key results (OKRs) related to hyper-personalization efforts, such as time-to-production, MVP deliver per quarter.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hyper-personalization initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.

ollaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to enhance the analytical/data science pipeline, ensuring compliance with BAU standards.

Take ownership of improving the efficiency of the data pipeline and develop tools to enhance the team's productivity.

The Successful Applicant

AI/ML Model Development Standards: Define and implement best practices for AI/ML model development, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to ensure accurate, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Cloud Technology and Real-Time Analytics Adoption: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cloud-based data technologies and real-time analytics solutions, fostering agility, scalability, and performance improvements.

Data Engineering: Design and build data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks to support real-time data processing and analytics requirements. Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in hyper-personalization and customer experience is a plus.

Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate closely with data scientists, data architects, data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions that address their needs effectively.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines, data science models, and real-time data processing workflows to ensure optimal performance and minimal latency. Define data quality checks to maintain highest level of data quality for ETL jobs and data science model/

Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support data engineering and data science practices.
