About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the printing industry. They are currently looking for highly capable individuals to grow them to further heights.

Job Description

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications on printing machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine efficiency and quality and propose improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Calibrate, test, and adjust mechanical components to meet production standards, including alignment, speed, and quality checks.
  • Lead or assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
  • Investigate equipment failures and production issues to identify root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment manuals, and reports, providing updates to the engineering and production teams as needed.
  • Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and participate in risk assessments, promoting a safe and secure work environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a mechanical engineering role within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of printing equipment and technologies, such as flexographic, offset, or digital printing.
  • Proficient in mechanical systems maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Familiar with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for mechanical design and layout.
  • Basic understanding of PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills is a must.
  • Able to work on shift basis.
