Job Description

  • Manage material call-offs and ensure supplier confirmations are received on time.
  • Monitor inbound deliveries, resolve purchase order issues, and escalate supply risks.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, production, and procurement teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Track and report supplier performance, particularly OTIF metrics.
  • Support master data updates, inventory reviews, and new product introduction changes.
  • Handle SAP alerts, non-conformance investigations, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance planning efficiency and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Material Planner (CONFI) should have:

  • Experienced in supply chain planning, procurement, or related areas.
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in SAP system and Excel.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
