About Our Client

Our client is one of the global leader in the industry.

Job Description

  • Resolve service requests via the Internal Ticketing System.
  • Collect and verify vendor information to create SAP Vendor accounts.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in end-to-end master data management processes and collaborate with regional counterparts to streamline operations.
  • Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data objects (e.g., Supplier, Customer, projects) and ensure data synchronization with other tools (Store DB, Tririga, Esker, Concur, WorkDay, BlackLine).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal control processes and requirements.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Master Data to support process efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain master data according to data standards, control requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee master data management for project Go-lives, including creation, maintenance, and validation.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality and compliance with internal controls.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Strong independent and team-working abilities, with effective priority management.
  • Self-motivated with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Agile, curious, and able to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines.
