Job Description

  • Maintain SAP Master Data (Material, Vendor, Customer) for Asia Pacific, processing requests promptly.
  • Support data migration for SAP template rollout projects, ensuring smooth transition of legacy data.
  • Monitor SAP data quality, initiating cleansing activities as per Master Data guidelines.
  • Identify process improvements for master data operations, enhancing efficiency and controls.
  • Provide user support and training on master data forms and workflows within SAP.
  • Assist in special tasks/projects like acquisition integration, supporting the Master Data Manager as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 year of SAP or reputable ERP system experience.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain/accounting processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred; industry or shared services experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, research, and reconciliation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with a focus on clear solutions.
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous team player with a proven track record of working in multinational environments.
