Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives. Also, you will also be:

  • Leading product launches, PR, and digital campaigns to build brand awareness and equity.
  • Driving trade marketing initiatives, manage distributor strategies, POSM, and e-commerce growth.
  • Planning and executing consumer promotions and loyalty strategies to boost engagement and retention.
  • Managing marketing budgets, track trade promo co-investments, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Distributors, and Central Marketing to align strategies and optimise execution.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful Marketing Manager, you should come with a Degree within Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of effective marketing and communication strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research, as well as proficiency in using marketing software.
