Job Description

Set up and execute marketing technology communication touchpoints (mobile,web, email) to drive business growth. This involves strategy, campaigns, report and optimize with marketing technology. You will be working with the consulting team of UX, data and optimization specialists to help bring the strategy to life. You will be building a team to support regionally in setting up,executing, reporting and optimizing campaigns.

  • Supporting the region to ensure Customer Success in marketing technology operations.
  • Work alongside the consulting team and clients to advise on the best practice in contact strategy maximising the marketing technology
  • Design experiments to help client increase revenue and optimise marketing technology usage.
  • Ensure strong data foundation in tagging plans and execution to drive actionable insights. Work alongside tech team to implement automation in reporting and connection to marketing technology to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Collaboration across stakeholders and joint new services development, ie. internal stakeholders, clients and alliance partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, marketing automation customer success management.
  • Experience in Marketing Technology such as CleverTap, Insider, WebEngage, MoEngage, Dynamic Yield, HubSpot, AB Tasty, AppsFlyer, Branch, Customer Data Platform (Meiro, Tealium, Treasure Data) and Analytic tools.
  • Experience in Marketing Technology pre-implementation such as prepare documents needed for the clients (questionnaire, payloads, etc) and implementation process.
  • Excellent functional knowledge of CRM sales, services and marketing (any industry)
  • Set-up custom reporting, funnels and analyze website/app engagement data to drive insightful learning for next campaign suggestion.
  • Hands on experience with email, landing pages, forms and custom fields, list management, A/B testing, lead scoring and performance reporting.
  • Fluent written and spoken in English, additional SEA Language would be advantageous.

  • Team Player: Demonstrates a strong ability to support department staff members, managers and establish collaborative relationships with peers.
