Job Description

As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will be conducting comprehensive secondary research to deliver actionable insights on markets, competitors, industry trends, and client priorities. Also:

  • Applying established business frameworks and research methodologies to develop customised insight solutions.
  • Crafting clear, insight‑driven deliverables using strong business writing, storyboarding, and data visualisation skills.
  • Managing research plans, project timelines, and deliverable quality while ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Presenting findings confidently and engage in consultative discussions with senior stakeholders across regions.
  • Collaborating with global teams, mentor new members, and contribute to operational and innovation initiatives within the Research & Insights function.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with a strong secondary research expertise, including proficiency with industry databases (e.g., Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Factiva). Besides:

  • Solid financial and quantitative analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insights.
  • Ability to apply strategic and management consulting frameworks to produce meaningful, forward‑looking recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, clear business writing, structured storytelling, and confident presentation.
  • Deep industry understanding in at least one to two sectors, including KPIs, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to GenAI tools.
