Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to meet production targets.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure product excellence.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime during production.
  • Mentor and develop the manufacturing and quality teams to build a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing manufacturing operations within the plastic manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Experience in leading and motivating large teams effectively.
