About Our Client

This company is one of the largest PCBA tooling manufacturers, provide high-quality engineering solutions, including product design, process development, and quality assurance across various industries. This company is currently undergoing a factory expansion, and is looking for a maintenance engineer to join the team.

Job Description

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
  • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
  • Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
  • Implement and maintain detailed work instructions for all production processes.
  • Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • Perform process simulations and troubleshooting for the machining processes.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain product and process standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience in process engineering, with a focus on machining processes (CNC, Milling, Lathing).
  • Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to innovate.
