- Demonstrate strong understanding on product knowledge and ability to channel right product information to Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors & and Dealers.
- Establishing a proper practice on ensuring each product procedures are carried out adequately and ensuring they're tracked on a weekly basis.
- Proactively seeking for new customers in providing new business opportunities and constantly looking for new alternative solutions to improve product and solution sales.
- Assigning tasks and target and also providing assistance, advice and support to subordinates.
- Strong stakeholder management skill- able to build relationship across all levels, both internally and externally.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Diploma or degree in Sales /Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in building / construction materials, experience in high pressure laminates will be added advantage.
- Possesses at least 5 years of working experience especially in sales field.
- A strong communicator verbally, hands-on and have exceptional negotiation and management skills.
- Clear vision of growth and a high-energy individual with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Construction and paint industry background and knowledge is an added advantage.
