Job Description

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Management: Develop, implement, and track GRC metrics to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Audits: Conduct internal and compliance audits, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advisory support to portfolio companies on governance, risk management, and compliance practices to enhance operations.
  • Policy Development: Assist in creating and implementing policies such as PIP, AMLA, and IT controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct compliance training sessions and develop materials to improve awareness and reduce non-compliance incidents.
  • Investigation Support: Collaborate on investigations related to governance issues or internal control breaches.
  • Monitor Compliance Programs: Track compliance performance and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Knowledge in Governance and Risk: Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Audit and Risk Experience: Proven background in conducting audits and performing risk assessments.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a similar role, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships and delivering training.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant Qualifications: A degree in a related field, with additional certifications in risk management or auditing a plus.
  • Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or governance-related roles.
