Job Description

Your job duties will include;

  • Leading and managing a team within Loan Administration and Payments, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and adherence to productivity standards.
  • Overseeing compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure completion of regional regulatory reports in line with established policies.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, guiding and motivating members to meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage operational risks and address technical issues in collaboration with system support.
  • Provide clear communication and regular performance evaluations to the team.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Contribute to system testing and other initiatives for continuous improvement within the department.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Be willing and able to work USA hours (9pm - 6pm, and Daylight Savings 10pm - 7am)
  • Some experience in people management
  • High working knowledge and understanding of Loan Administration, ideally experience working within an international bank
  • Great communication and people skills
