Job Description

  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery while meeting commitments to stakeholders.
  • Manage SLAs for accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) to maintain efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with first-line managers to align on performance, exceptions, and process updates.
  • Develop and implement training plans to address skill gaps and enhance team performance.
  • Promote adherence to policies, compliance, and continuous operational improvements.
  • Monitor and report risks, compliance issues, and process exceptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Manager, Insurance Broking Operations' should have:

  • Experience in insurance operations management with a focus on client service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical mindset to assess performance and drive improvements.
