Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to further add value to the business from a finance perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze month-end results to provide insights on sales, margin, overhead, and working capital variances.
  • Reconcile and explain differences between Actuals, Budgets, and Forecasts, and document findings.
  • Guide APAC month-end reporting to ensure accurate insights and actions.
  • Lead P&L analysis to identify and propose actions for improving APAC profitability.
  • Develop efficient reporting processes to ensure timely and valuable insights.
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for APAC to ensure thorough and accurate outputs.
  • Collaborate with sites to ensure forecast and budget numbers are rigorously tested.
  • Secure buy-in from operational managers and establish credibility within the finance team.
  • Build relationships as the key finance contact for APAC businesses.
  • Provide analysis and commercial support to improve business performance and decision-making.
  • Manage profit plans, report on cost-saving initiatives, and drive improvement opportunities to completion.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in financial systems, and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, influence decision-making, and deliver value-added insights.
