Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to further add value to the business from a finance perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial results to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports, providing insights to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to gather data and support business initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from financial data.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in Mandarin essential to liase with China stakeholders.
