About Our Client

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company that has been expanding aggressively around the region.

With their strategies and innovation, they are currently looking for a Logistic and Warehouse Senior Executive to join their operation team.

Job Description

The Logistic and Warehouse Senior Executive will be the key person overseeing the operation activities including inventory control, customer service, warehousing, logistics and distribution. This person will be working closely with the Operation lead. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

  • Supervise the Operations Team to address daily challenges.
  • Coordinate with government authorities such as Customs, FMM, and MITI.
  • Manage banking documentation, including L/C, DA, and DP arrangements.
  • Negotiate freight terms with Forwarding Agents and Freight Forwarders.
  • Handle customer complaints related to operations and collaborate with insurance companies on shipment issues.
  • Initiate annual customer satisfaction surveys to improve service levels.
  • Ensure ISO compliance in both operations and warehouse management.
  • Oversee inventory control and monitor stock movements.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding logistics for packaging and raw materials.
  • Maintain warehouse assets and conduct regular stock audits.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least a bachelor degree in Supply Chain or any related field
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Logistics and Warehouse
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Familiar with all Export and Import documentation
  • Added advantage if have SAP knowledge
  • Good communication and organisation skill
