Job Description



  • Manage the preparation, review, and negotiation of various contracts, with a focus on standard construction agreements.


  • Develop and maintain legal document templates to streamline contract processes.


  • Handle claims-related matters and provide oversight on litigation cases.


  • Monitor and ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal group policies.


  • Provide legal advisory support to internal departments such as Corporate Governance, Finance, and Human Resources.


  • Lead compliance initiatives, including conducting training and promoting awareness of regulatory obligations.


  • Deliver comprehensive legal assistance across the business as directed by Legal Management.



The Successful Applicant

  • A qualified lawyer with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Law, ideally gained in an in-house role within a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English with strong tech skills, this individual excels in partnering with business stakeholders to address legal and commercial risks, offering practical, solutions-driven advice.
  • Highly organized, commercially savvy, and a confident communicator, they thrive both independently and in team settings.
  • Capable of managing a high workload, supporting global projects, and are open to regional travel across East Asia as needed.
