Job Description

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  3. Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other resources.
  4. Support the delivery of training programs, both virtually and in-person, ensuring high-quality and effective learning experiences.
  5. Conduct training needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide recommendations for program improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance program effectiveness.
  7. Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting on training activities.
  8. Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
  9. Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to support career development initiatives, including mentorship programs and succession planning.
  10. Provide timely support and guidance to employees regarding learning and development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, within a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment, bringing a deep understanding of the industry's needs.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and developing innovative training solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
  • Certified trainer with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Possesses strong English and Bahasa language skills, ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
  • Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends.
