Job Description

  • Manage customer relationships and oversee all projects within assigned key telecom accounts.
  • Achieve targets for market share, competitive performance, and gross profit margin.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Understand the telecom industry and identify customer opportunities.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to annual target achievement for the account.
  • Lead negotiation strategies and ensure successful commercial outcomes.
  • Improve contract terms to support operational requirements.
  • Analyze competitor movements and develop targeted competitive solutions to win challenging projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecom), Business, or equivalent.
  • Must speak Mandarin
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in telecom or IT, with strong knowledge of telecom solutions.
  • Strong skills in account management, negotiation, contract management, and project management.
