Job Description

  • Manage key client accounts to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work on strategies to expand the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company policies and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all account-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer account management, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver value‑based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer‑focused, commercially astute, and solutions‑driven.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
