Job Description

  • Executing interface designs from concept to prototyping to final hand-off to the development team.
  • Proficient in design software such as Figma and Adobe.
  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements and transforming complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
  • Work closely with various functional teams to support design needs.
  • Working closely and provide direction or guidance to the junior designers
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Designer should have:

  • A degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design
  • Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools (Figma).
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest product design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile development process.
