Job Description

  • Oversee and set up IT infrastructure (network,server,end-user compute) ensuring seamless operations and system reliability.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet technology needs.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:
