Job Description

  • Lead and manage system integration projects to support transport & distribution operations.
  • Manage and maintain interface specifications for WMS-middleware integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth data flow and system compatibility.
  • Analyze system requirements to design and implement effective integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate and support integration tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Support the analytics department by providing integrated data solutions for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular system performance reviews and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Integration, Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in integrations.
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C integration technologies, including protocols, messaging standards, data mapping, APIs, and visibility tools.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, with strong skills in data analysis and database architecture.
  • Familiar with key operational systems including WMS, TMS, and other ERP platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and best practices.
