Job Description

  • Process and monitor investment transactions including trade settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
  • Support daily operational activities such as data entry, trade confirmations, and record maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal departments (trading, compliance, finance) and external parties (brokers, custodians) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external records to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing operational and regulatory reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in projects to improve process efficiency, automation, and data integrity.
  • Support audit requests and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in investment operations, fund administration, or financial services (internships included).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with investment products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
