About Our Client
Our client is a market leading MNC with business presence in all major cities around the world. A public listed company that has tremendous growth on a yearly basis, they are continuing their global expansion particularly in Malaysia. They are initiating an inside sales team for APAC to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They are looking for Inside Sales Executives from any sales background who are seeking for fresh challenge selling business services to MNCs and SMEs. You must be proficient in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
As an Inside Sales Executive, you are required to cover full sales cycle via telephone within the Greater China market. Other responsibilities includes:
- Gaining leads through market research and referrals.
- Prospecting new clients, introducing the business services, negotiate the deals, and close the deal.
- Build relationship and rapport with senior management.
- Hold sales presentations with internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with local field sales team in respective markets.
- Must be open to working indoors.
- Training will be provided.
The Successful Applicant
- Hold an Honours degree within any relevant field of studies.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in B2B sales, telesales, or inside sales experience. Prior sales experience in China market will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong command of Chinese and English.
- Entrepreneurial and passionate about sales.
- Chinese national candidates with inside sales experience, working in Malaysia will be considered.
