The Infrastructure Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the Design and Implementation of innovative, cost efficient and customer-centric solutions in his Functional or Technical domain, which align with the new DTX operating model. Oversees a team of solution leads and specialists who work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the business needs and strategic objectives.

Job Description

* Ensure that solutions designed are financially viable to build and run; and aligned with the company's economic environment.

* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solution leads and specialists fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, vendors, and partners.

* Work in close collaboration with his peers from the other solution design domains to ensure the delivery of end-to-end solutions.

* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to solutions design and implementation, and mitigate issues where needed.

* Monitor the performance and outcomes of solutions implemented to ensure lessons learned.

* Align with the Service Owners of the corresponding domains to understand and support their Service Improvement Plans.

* Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in solution design and implementation, to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Solutions Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in solutions design and implementation, preferably in a digital transformation context.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams of solution leads and specialists.
  • Proven track record of designing complex and innovative solutions that meet business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in applying technology service management, agile, lean, and DevOps principles and practices for solution design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with culturally diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.
