Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling. Also:

  • Identifing, veting, and onboarding influencers who align with brand ethos and target audience.
  • Negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing influencer agreements and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with influencers to co-create compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Staying updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creators.
  • Working cross-functionally with content, social media, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in regional influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
