Job Description

  • Lead the implementation of IFRS17 within the company.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department on the IFRS17 project.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with IFRS17 standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on the impact and application of IFRS17.
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand the implications of IFRS17 on their areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and auditors on IFRS17 related matters.
  • Prepare IFRS17 financial statements and reports.
  • Manage any issues or risks related to the IFRS17 implementation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IFRS17 Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IFRS17 and its application.
  • Experience in implementing IFRS17 within an insurance industry.
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
