Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure it effectively supports organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement HRIS strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of various HRIS modules.
  • Oversee data integrity, system testing, report generation, and data flow analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Generate detailed reports and perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and technical support to HR and other departments on system functionalities and new processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HRIS trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of the HRIS to a new platform, ensuring minimal disruption and data accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing HRIS within a large organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to the successful migration of HRIS systems.
