The ideal candidate will have a knack for strategic planning, project management, and working cross-functionally to deliver on objectives.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage multiple HR projects and timelines concurrently.
  • Work closely with HR and other department teams to identify project requirements and strategies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets.
  • Ensure project objectives are met and are in line with the overall company goals.
  • Report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management.
  • Propose changes or enhancements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support HR-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Project Executive should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
