Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management & Compensation & Benefits HR Lead. This critical role will be responsible for driving the performance management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing the compensation and benefits programs.

Job Description

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and align key performance indicators (KPIs) with overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement a robust performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze performance data across the organization, providing insights and recommendations to improve individual and team performance.
  • Track and monitor performance against targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices.



Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design, develop, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with market trends.
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information effectively to employees.



Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR business partners, and employees.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance trends and compensation & benefits metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance management and compensation & benefits
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience pulling business numbers and targets for various business items is essential.
  • Experience in group strategy and business KPI monitoring.
  • Deep understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
