Job Description

  • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
  • Acting to support the human factor by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
  • Overseeing data analysis and reporting.
  • Creating and enforcing policies that are in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ensuring the success of HR department operations.
  • Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and ensuring legal compliance throughout HR management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • An understanding of the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and legal regulations.
