About Our Client

A global MNC tire manufacturer with more than 100 years of history in the industry.

Job Description

Be the business partner for (70%)

· All SAG Consumer business excluding Warehouse

· Commercial Malaysia team

· Regional & ASEAN AssigneesTo cover all HR topics including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, etc.

· Implement Plant Optimisation + HPT as a major change management initiative.Act as the Learning Champion in Malaysia HR team (15%):

* Manage all learning activities including but not limited to ELW/C&E training/other general trainings, production training excluded;

* Responsible for HRDF management & utilisation;

* Responsible for analysing learning needs analysis, recommending learning resources, monitoring learning effectiveness;

* Responsible for driving utilisation of existing Goodyear learning resources & on-time completion for all the mandatory trainings.Overall Country HR AOP & Cost Optimisation (5%)

* Salary & Benefit cost consolidation for both SAG & MFG & provide guide payroll team;

* Build business case for HR functional cost including Capex justification;

* Seeking opportunity to optimise HR functional cost.Act as the Diversity & Inclusion Champion in Malaysia HR team (5%):

* Expert & the go-to person for all D&I topics within Malaysia HR team;

* Lead all D&I activities including but not limited to all ERG;

* Support discussion with business managers whenever needed together with HRBPs;

* Liaise with Cluster/Region/Global COE whenever needed;

* Train the whole HR team on D&I.Government facing together with HR Director & Other projects assigned by HR Director (5%)

The Successful Applicant

· At least 12 years working experience in Human Resource function, with 3 years and above experience in manufacturing industry;

· Solid experience in working with sales & marketing function;

· Collective bargaining agreement negotiation experience is a must;

· Experience with HRBP/COE/HRSSC model;

· Overseas education/working experience will be a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Describe knowledge, skills and abilities required, including functional, technical and managerial

· Strong business acumen & possess a fair financial knowledge;

· Excellent skills as a business partners including consulting, stakeholder management, influence & facilitation;

· Excellent presentation skills & upwards communication;

· A good team worker with leadership potential;

· Solid knowledge in talent management; general knowledge in talent acquisition and total rewards;

· Diversity & Inclusion knowledge will be a a plus;

· Genuinely curious, with passion to learn, self-challenge;

· With short-term/long-term mobility to be relocate to other countries will be a plus.
