About Our Client

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR Operations to lead our HR Operations team. The Head of HR Operations will be responsible for managing the HR operations functions, such as people and culture, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and HR analytics. This individual will work closely with the HR leadership team and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR operational policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end employee lifecycle
  • Lead the HR operations team, including people and culture. benefits, HRIS, compliance, and HR analytics.
  • Develop and implement HR operational policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
  • Manage the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration process, including vendor management and compliance.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget and monitor expenses.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders to identify and address HR operational issues and opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff on HR operational matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operational policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Experience managing payroll and benefits administration processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
