Our client is a global restaurant chain that offers food delivery and carryout options, as well as dine-in services at their locations.

Job Description

  • Effectively manage and prioritise inbox and scheduling tasks.
  • Organise meetings with global stakeholders to enhance collaboration and streamline communication across various markets.
  • Oversee global platforms like Franklin Covey and Lumina.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as business planning, performance management, talent management, leadership coaching, capability development, workforce planning, analytics, recruitment, staff management, and succession planning.
  • Assist COE and regional managers with talent pipeline forecasting and workforce planning, strengthening the talent bench.
  • Drive initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion within the company.
  • Support People projects and activities, including Employee Net Promoter Scores (ENPs), engagement initiatives, and rallies.
  • Ensure HR procedures comply with legal regulations and industry best practices, aligning with DPE Group standards and policies.
  • Identify and communicate organisational and human capital needs in line with business objectives to the Global Talent & Capability lead.
  • Support quarterly and annual performance review processes, working with the People team to implement effective HR programs.
  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies related to recruitment, training, and compensation.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR trends and metrics within the organisation.
  • Assist in planning and preparing HR budgets by department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administrative support, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Skilled in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Dedicated to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
