Job Description

  • Manage and Implement Talent Development Initiatives - Design and execute programs that enhance employee growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Drive Talent Assessments - Oversee the implementation of talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Develop and Execute Talent Development Plans - Analyze talent gaps and create tailored development programs to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Leadership - Work closely with divisional leaders to ensure the successful rollout and execution of talent initiatives.
  • Lead Talent Engagement Strategy - Develop and implement strategies that foster employee engagement, retention, and long-term career growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
  • Proven ability to design and execute effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling seamless collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into impactful strategies.
  • Expertise in performance management and succession planning, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
  • A track record of leading teams and fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology, optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience in employer branding and digital talent engagement, strengthening the company's reputation as a top employer.
