Job Description

  • Strategize & Implement: Drive the regional TM&D strategy, aligning it with global objectives and ensuring its seamless execution.
  • Talent Mastery: Lead talent review processes, identify and develop high-potential talent pools, and champion internal mobility.
  • Development Dynamo: Conduct needs assessments, design impactful development programs, and implement innovative learning solutions using the 70/20/10 framework.
  • Technology & Data Champion: Leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver engaging learning experiences and ensure robust talent data governance.
  • Wellness & Engagement Advocate: Foster a culture of wellbeing and engagement through impactful initiatives and regional action plans.
  • Global Collaboration: Contribute to global projects and collaborate with business leaders to drive functional TM&D initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Talent Management and Development should have:

  • A strong background in talent management and leadership development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management strategies and learning development.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
