Job Description

  • Identify areas that have potential for optimization, increasing occupancy rates and yields, and finding new optimization deals.
  • Conduct site visits with the relevant parties to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Prepare approval papers and presentation materials as needed for approval by stakeholders and authorities.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and authorities.
  • Organize meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
  • Utilize assets to contribute to the overall environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals set by the company and the state of Johor.
  • Contribute to ongoing business development strategies to support the company's expansion, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Adhere to the staff code of conduct and department's standard operating procedures, while also suggesting improvements and amendments to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and risk management.
  • Complete tasks required to achieve the group and division's corporate balanced scorecard objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Investment, or any related background.
  • A minimum of 10 years working experience in leasing.
  • Preferably candidate with experience in office and retail leasing.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
