Job Description

  • Lead the Human Resources department and implement effective HR policies
  • Develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Manage HR metrics and leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align HR strategies with business goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR (Senior Manager) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must have previous working experience within the Hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the HR department
  • Expertise in HR best practices and labour laws
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and HR metrics
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions
