Seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of HR to lead and drive change across the Group. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in both strategic HR management and HR generalist functions, including systems implementation, KPI processes, and change management.

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals. Focus on talent development, recruitment, and culture building.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement across the group.
  • Talent Development: Attract and nurture top talent, aligning talent development programs with organizational needs.
  • Union Relations: Manage relationships with five unions across different sites, ensuring smooth and productive interactions.
  • HR Generalist Functions: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Team Management: Oversee a small group HR team and collaborate with individual HR teams across the companies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Cultural Transformation: Spearhead efforts to evolve the company culture, keeping a pulse on employee engagement and aligning with modern HR trends.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices, advising on how the organization can adapt and thrive.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, Proven track record in a similar industry, preferably within the Manufacturing/Industrial Industry. Broad experience in HR generalist roles, including strategic and operational HR management.
  • Skills: Strong background in strategic HR management, cultural transformation, talent acquisition, change management, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Attributes: Humble, self-driven, innovative, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
