  Prepare & Review monthly consolidated worksheet & management reports in a timely matter
• Co-ordinate yearly audits with internal and external parties for the preparation of audited financial statements
• Preparing complete set of consolidated financial statement including Balance sheet, Income statement, Statement of equity, Statement of cashflow and Notes to financial statements
• Assist in implementation of internal controls and process improvement within accounting and operational processes on an on-going basis
• Preparation tax planning computation
• Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team
• Create, implement and maintain comprehensive worldwide accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
• Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period
