Job Description

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements in the FMCG industry.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.
  • Advise senior management on financial planning and business performance improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
